Managing utility costs can be challenging, particularly when household circumstances or financial situations change. 

If you are experiencing difficulty with your utility costs or are concerned about falling behind, we encourage you to connect with our Community Development Department as early as possible. Their team can help identify any available financial assistance programs, provide guidance with applications for cost efficient supports, as well as connect tenants with community agencies that may offer additional support.
