Rental Arrears

Falling behind on rent can happen for many reasons. Our Tenant Services Department works with tenants to help address rental arrears and explore options to prevent eviction. By working together we can discuss your situation, identify possible solutions and create a plan that works toward bringing your account back on track. Where appropriate, this may include payment arrangements or mediated agreements designed to support you in maintaining your housing.

If you are concerned about falling behind on rent or have already missed a payment, we encourage you to connect with your Tenant Service Worker as soon as possible in order to collaboratively work toward a resolution.
