The non-profit housing sector currently provides housing for over 500,000 individuals across the province. While ongoing efforts continue to improve access to stable housing, a significant number of Ontarians still face precarious, overcrowded, and unaffordable living conditions. We remain committed to the vision that every resident will one day have access to a safe, secure, and dignified place to call home.

To be considered for a market rental unit, we ask that you complete the Market Rental Application. Upon submission, your household will be placed on the Barrie Housing tenant waitlist. A representative from our Tenant Services team will contact you as soon as a unit becomes available.
