How To Pay

Payments can be made via one of the following options:

Interac/Credit at one of the below locations:

  • 1-571 Bayfield St. (Head Office)
  • 339 Huronia Rd. - (Tenant Services/Community Development Office)
  • In your building's office during the listed Office Hours

Also accepted:

  • Certified Money Order
  • Certified Bank Draft
  • Personal Cheque
  • Pre-Authorized Payments, set up with Tenant Services
  • Online Bill Payment (Payee)
  • Cash **Head Office location ONLY; not authorized or accepted for collection at any other location**

For your convenience, you can submit any work order/maintenance requests online using our digital form, you will receive a confirmation email in return. For emergency maintenance after-hours, please call our Emergency Line directly at 1-833-961-2541.
