Payments can be made via one of the following options:
Interac/Credit at one of the below locations:
- 1-571 Bayfield St. (Head Office)
- 339 Huronia Rd. - (Tenant Services/Community Development Office)
- In your building's office during the listed Office Hours
Also accepted:
- Certified Money Order
- Certified Bank Draft
- Personal Cheque
- Pre-Authorized Payments, set up with Tenant Services
- Online Bill Payment (Payee)
- Cash **Head Office location ONLY; not authorized or accepted for collection at any other location**

For your convenience, you can submit any work order/maintenance requests online using our digital form, you will receive a confirmation email in return. For emergency maintenance after-hours, please call our Emergency Line directly at 1-833-961-2541.
